It has the most beautiful slender legs and shaped top, a real eye catcher.

I chose Thornback and Peel’s stunning Pigeon and Jelly linen fabric and combined it with a charcoal wool check and hot pink piping.

One of a kind, true statement piece.

Farmhouse pine tables are always in high demand and this lovely example of one sold pretty quickly.

I stripped back the top and gave it a clear wax to bring out the grain of the wood and painted the legs using Autentico’s Nearly Black chalk paint.

Just adore this paint, it has a gorgeous blue hue to the colour which gives the black an almost liquid effect.

Finished it with a clear wax and lightly distressed finish.

A home project using the same paint for my kitchen table.

A commission piece, apologies about the blurred photo.

The drawers were painted using Autentico’s After Rain, a beautiful subtle grey and the side columns were painted with the same colour and mixed with a white paint in order to highlight this feature.

Vintage Chairs – New In Stock

Am thrilled to bits with how my recent vintage chairs have turned out.

It’s a bit like the “old days” when you used to take your camera film to Boots and you felt excited at the prospect of how good the photos would be when you collected them.

Needless to say, was elated when I collected these chairs from my fabulous upholsterer.

If you have any queries regarding price, postage etc just drop me a line.

I also offer a commission service too.

The first chair is really special as it has a beautiful curved back, such a lovely shape.

I chose a fabulous Mulberry Wool Tartan for the back and Emily Bond’s gorgeous Hounds Linen fabric for the front.

The buttons and piping have been finished in the Mulberry to bring both side together.

Wonderful earthy colours.

I fell in love with this pair of Art Deco tub chairs immediately.

I hand painted the frames using Autentico’s Nearly Black chalk paint and chose a fabulous geometric velvet by Sanderson in keeping with the Art Deco style.

Double piped in a co-ordinating linen fabric.

I think it’s safe to say that Autentico’s Nearly Black chalk paint is up there as one of my favourite paint colours.

It is a lovely liquid looking black with a midnight blue hue rather than Annie Sloan’s Graphite which is a definite grey black, but just as lovely.

When I bought this vintage hall/console table I knew it had to painted Nearly Black to give it that modern twist.

This beautiful small dresser was a lucky find.

Perfect for a country kitchen which is why I chose a fabulous pale blue paint colour that has a subtle green hue to it.

This sweet trolley makes the perfect bedside table to store all your books.

Hand painted in Autentico’s Corfu White and given a distressed and waxed finish.

This lovely bedding box painted Nearly Black was complimented by the Cabbages and Roses linen floral cushion.

I painted this lovely cabinet in Annie Sloan’s Duck Egg chalk paint for the exterior and then chose a contrasting colour for the interior which is Annie Sloan’s Primer Red.

My daughters have their eye on this solid pine chest of drawers.

I’m not sure if it’s down to the pastel colours or the sparkly glass handles, either way it’s a perfect piece for a girl’s bedroom.
