Drop Leaf Tables.

One of my next painting projects is a lovely oak drop leaf table.

It has great proportions when folded as the leaf almost reaches the floor covering the legs making it a stylish piece of furniture on which to display lamps etc.

Here are a few styling ideas for drop leaf tables:

Latest Painting Project – Cream Occasional Table.

How many times have you sat down with your glass of wine/cup of tea and thought “if only I had a small side table I could put this glass/mug”.

Well here is the answer to your problems, a beautiful vintage round table of perfect proportions.

Hand painted using a Linen chalk paint base then finished with an Almond chalk paint wash and protected with a couple of coats of clear wax.

Now sold but I shall definitely be doing more of the same.

Latest Painting Project – Dining Table.

As I’m sure I’ve said before, extendable dining tables are such a good investment for those of us with space issues.

This is a lovely example plus it comes with added benefits; this table splits into two lovely hall or console tables.

I can envisage the tables placed either side of a fireplace with identical mirrors hung above each one.

Or for its intended use, it makes a fabulous kitchen/dining table.

Hand painted using Linen chalk paint, waxed and lightly distressed legs and the top has been protected with a clear matt varnish.

On original castors.

Currently for sale £325.00
